My Tai Chi teacher urged me (again!) to start a journal and write down various things that I learned during each practice or lesson. Here's what we focused on today:

- When moving a body part make sure you have a fixed point. The body part, e.g. hand, stretches connections against the point (shoulder).

Dear Diary,

This morning, approximately after two and a half years of learning the practical method form, I got the feeling how Positive and Negative circles should be done. This knowledge is no longer just in my brain, but in my body too. As my taichi teacher always says in these cases, There's hope.
