Будет война с Россией или нет?

Вопрос о том, будет война или нет, неправильный, потому что не существует оракула, у которого есть все "Да/Нет" ответы на вопросы о будущем.

Правильный вопрос: По сравнению с прошлым месяцем (днем, годом, неделей, столетием), увеличилась ли вероятность войны, в которую будет вовлечена Россия?
Ответ: Да.

Дальше можно пытаться оценить изменение вероятности и подставлять это новое значение в разнообразные формулы.
