Who knows... I think for a few billions one could create an AGI (and perhaps for much less than that, to tell the truth), but what to do with another couple of orders of magnitude, so that it's still productive rather than wasteful is not clear...

I'd build an infrastructure for autonomous fleets, including drones. That'll be fun.
