timeletsI just noticed that open houses in the neighborhood are totally empty – no prospective buyers at all. Moreover, the same houses that were taken off the market last fall are for sale again and again there's no buyers. The real estate market seems to be dead.

Date: 2019-02-24 03:30 am (UTC)It feels like the early 90s, but at the time we were coming out of a recession and a huge real estate bust; people we afraid to buy. Nowadays, the economy seems to be doing ok but demand for houses is still quite low. Probably because the prices are insane.
