Scheduling calls with people in four time zones is a nightmare because we naturally think in our local time but don't communicate this information directly. Surprisingly, if you ask Siri to perform the same task it does it almost flawlessly, except that you can't talk to somebody else's Siri. Humans still get in the way of the machines.
