His core arguments (starting at 22min):
1) factories went to Asia; heartland got gutted; the culture is in a free fall; opioid crises among workers left behind.
2) jobs shipped overseas due to human agency; people in Silicon Valley, Wall Street, Hollywood, DC made a lot of money; "left behind without fair-thee-well".
3) if you are not angry about that you are not an American.
4) 16% Bernie guys voted for us; more will be voting for us in 2020.
5) $5.6T war on terror since 2001; $2T VA benefits;
6) Trade deals are unfair; trade deficits with major partners; Wall Street is profiting; we underwrite security of the world; NATO is not paying; we'll collapse from unlimited commitments.
7) Vested interests in DC prevent us from fulfilling campaign promises.
