Unfortunately, the court denied the appeal over the ban of Trump's travel ban today. They should've done it this Friday night instead, so that we could see Trump's unedited tweets on Saturday when Ivanka and Jared are on Shabbat. Too bad.

On the substance, the court wrote that both the EO and the appeal were pieces of ~~shit~~ shoddy legal work, poorly designed and poorly executed. Go back, said the court, and do you homework.
