The Dutch are stubborn and good at what they do. They are going to go over every piece of evidence with a fine-tooth comb and extract every bit of data available. Now it's a matter of national dignity. They will lay out the data in plain sight for everybody who's willing to open their eyes to see. They will expose Russian lies and show that MH17 was shot down by a Russian BUK system. And the world will see and believe the Dutch. Putin himself will believe the Dutch because he knows who and why shot down the plane. Nevertheless, he will deny it publicly through the lying mouths of Lavrov and Churkin. He will try to blackmail the Dutch through threats and trade sanctions. But the world will turn away from Russia in disgust. Other countries will help the Dutch to set up a court to prosecute those responsible. Unless Russia acknowledges the crime (there's still plenty of time), her name will be dragged through mud and shit because her leader is a mean deceitful coward.
