Save the earth, plant more trees!

Last night, or maybe early in the morning, somebody ran his car into a tree on our property. I didn't hear it but when I went out for my regular morning walk I saw the tree down and car bumper parts strewn out on the road. The person must've been drunk or something, because he managed to run into a tree on the opposite side of the road.

I called the sheriff and he said they'd pick up the debris, which they did later this morning, and check for stolen cars. Now I have to take care of the poor tree. If not for it, they would probably smash the fence.
