And you harvest the fruits, and you share them with other people. And winter comes, you cut some branches, and you till the soil around the trunk, and you add fertilizer, and pluck the weeds, and water, and wait, and water, and wait, and autumn comes, and the tree bears fruits again. And all of that has a lot of meaning to you personally; year after year after year.
But then you take a picture of this meaningful tree and send it to somebody else, and it's just another tree with practically no discernible meaning.
