Apr. 11th, 2019 01:27 pmRecently my Uber driver was a technology volunteer at a senior center. We talked about how to explain the economics of cloud computing to people over 65. He came up with a brilliant analogy: banking. Our money is no longer physical and we don't store it under mattresses. Rather, all our money is already in the cloud and computing just follows the money.

Для многих дикой кажется фраза "Например, когда я ухожу, в моей гостиной проходят деловые встречи." Люди не замечают, что эта ситуация уже часть повседневной реальности. Если нам надо провести off-site с маленькой группой, то очень удобно в airbnb на день-два снять дом в хорошем месте. Совершенно по-другому работается в такой домашней обстановке.
