Back to the market diagram, it would be interesting to build an OLOG that shows that amazon.com is better than a regular market (low information costs) and why it works this way.

Also, I wonder how we can build counterfactual OLOGs/categories.

On the one hand, you want to live by the sea and take advantage of commerce opportunities. On the other hand, you don't want to live by the sea because of piracy:
