They discuss [the failure of a universal] ethics but don't get to the fundamental issue of why and how we decide on who's "us" and who's "them." Personally, I rarely, if ever, experience a need to divide the world into these two categories. Rather, it's more about whether I want to work or do business with somebody or not.
