Думаю, что в силу местной специфики и специализации, израильские инженеры, которые хорошо разбираются в безопасности, прекрасно устроены в коммерческих компаниях и военных организациях. А временную работу для избирательных кампаний делают такие же криворукие программеры, как и везде в мире.
