Given that, what's the probability that the SBU and the FSB have intercepts of "perfect" phone conversations between Trump, Sondland, Giuliani and Volker? I'd say, 100%.

SBU had access to cellular operators because they were in Ukraine.

FSB would have phone conversations between Trump, Sondland, Giuliani, and Volker only if those conversations happened in Russia.

1) The SBU is certain to listen in on open conversations of foreign diplomats, esp. where Trump is concerned.

2) McFaul says he's certain Moscow also has the recordings/transcripts of the conversations.
