upd: in Singapore murder rate is 0.38 Tokyo - 0.3.

NYC murder rates have fallen almost tenfold since I lived in the area 25-30 years ago.

It's an amazing transformation. I wonder whether this solution is one of a kind or it's transferable to other high–crime cities.
