Mar. 29th, 2019 08:53 amThis morning I had a coffee with a friend who lost 100 pounds (50kg) in three months on a Keto diet. It's a whole new way of life for him because eating is something you do, not something you think about. When ordering a coffee, he had to warn the barista about no sugar, no milk, no nothing. What coffee then? Some kind of filtered stuff that he wouldn't touch in his pre-diet days. And the question remains, whether the new low weight is going to stick in his after-diet life.
Luckily, we spent just 5 minutes on the diet and the rest of the conversation focused on how to get from a plane of immanence to a plane of reference.
