This morning, after Covfefe spewed out another piece of his usual bs, even more people realized that shaming doesn't work when you deal with shameless people.

I wonder whether Twitter design inherently promotes shameless people or, in general, people willing to ignore social norms.

upd. there's a difference between Bannon and Covfefe with regard to social norms. I feel like the term "transactional" has something to do with it.
