Olympics and Category Theory

timeletsThe IOC's ruling wrt Russian participation in Rio '16 would make a lot more sense if it were put in terms of the Category Theory, instead of legalese English. Furthermore, a category-based solution could show the difference between the "before" and "after" logical structures. Having category-style diagrams would allow for efficient, if not completely automated, legal decisions, free of corruption and misinterpretation.
