It would be good to think through the idea that the direction of fit in the Russian (1) and Protestant/Jewish/Confucian (2) cultures are opposite. That is, in (1) it's word-to-world, in (2) its world-to-word. The model should explain the Russian/Soviet tendency to neglect due process and "оформлять бумажки задним числом." Also, it should explain why Soviet/Russian society doesn't scale with regard to complex processes (because process descriptions are not documented and non-transferable - блоху подковать vs Ford's mass manufacturing methods; invention vs innovation).
