Сейчас начнется вторая холодная война. В короткой перспективе (3-5 лет), она приведет к некоторым проблемам в поставках энергоносителей в центральную и западную Европу. В долгосрочной перспективе (10-20 лет), произойдет развитие "зеленых" и энергосберегающих технологий, которые существенно снизят зависимость от традиционных углеводородов, поставляемых с территории России.
