Our so-called president is having trouble finding good lawyers to defend him. I wonder why...

In any case, I'm surprised how many people — who should've known better! — are not aware of the "crime-fraud exception" for legally privileged communications. Bright legal minds at Uber also thought that putting "Privileged and confidential" in an email and copying a lawyer would immunize them from discovery. Clearly, it didn't.

A couple of methods traditionally considered to be elements of "creative problem solving" are standard in Category Theory:
a) search for limits after you find a similarity.
b) evaluate duality after you construct a basic category.

Probably there's more but I don't know enough yet.

Как прикинуть вероятность того, что лживое хуйло устроит нефтяной шок? Сначала надо отказаться сертифицировать Иран. Потом два месяца Конгресс будет заниматься санкциями. Потом будет торгово-юридическая война с Европой. Потом разработка и объявление санкций.

Надо подумать.
