One side effect of index investing is that many people feel like geniuses without doing any thinking when the market goes up. Another side effect is that they blame everybody else when the market goes down.

The market has been going up for almost 9 years now. It can't go up forever. The question is what and when will trigger the correction.

I have a dream

I wish I could make the basic notions of Category Theory accessible to the general public. Maybe we can do something like naive abstract sets with pullbacks, pushouts, posets and toposes.
