Tax Reform - WTF?!

Why does the administration release a tax reform proposal without showing each taxpayer the impact of the change? IRS has all the data. It should be a fairly straightforward comparison: Before and After. WTF? Why should we be guessing instead of knowing the facts? It's just numbers. I want to see them.
