No data means the vast majority of decisions taken and implemented today at all levels (personal, business, social, government, etc.) are going to look incredibly stupid, e.g. one year from now. Based on the size of the stimulus offered by the Fed, the one-time cost of a one-month delay in COVID-19 testing in the US is $1.5T so far.
