When I do taichi in the morning the entire day feels completely different. If only I had the discipline to get up at 6:45am every day.
In the meantime, I'm learning how to draw imaginary lines and make my body parts move along them. Basically, 45-degree angles provide the best yin-yang stretches and splits.
