Tai Chi Chuan journal #9

Finally, I'm starting to feel how relaxation helps obtain a better range in muscle movement. The key is to stretch to the limit without getting tight. Exhaling slowly during the last stage of a stretch seems to work. It's just hard to think about stretching, breathing and moving at the same time.
