I remember, professor Searle once said something like this, "Physicists think they have the best science money and brains can buy. This thinking is built right into their textbooks. But we've just discovered that 97% of the universe is made up of Dark Matter and physicists don't know what it is. It's a general problem with textbook science: they don't tell you what they don't know."
