Remarkably, corporations are not in a hurry to repatriate profits. They are also not in a hurry to invest. For example, a big deal is being made out of Apple's decision to invest $1B in a new Austin campus. One billion dollars sounds like a lot, but on a closer look the investment represents less than %.5 of Apple's ~$270B cash reserves.
