The MH17 report
Obviously, the Dutch had some trouble with English grammar. They forgot to put a comma after "prosecutor", but put two extra commas around the "that" clause, which should've been a "which" clause.
BTW, based on the autopsy results, there's no chance in hell that MH17 was shot down by an air-to-air missile. I bet the Dutch (and everybody else who was appraised of the results) felt utter disgust when Russian officials peddled their "Ukrainian fighter" theory.
