Вшивый о бане

Recently, two of the three major international ratings agencies — S&P and Moody's — downgraded Russian sovereign and corporate debt to junk status. Just last week, Moody's cited in its decision, among a host of Russia's economic problems, political risks associated with the way the country is governed. This political aspect caused all-around condemnations from the Russian side: from top ministers to high-ranking independent experts, including Kudrin. Now we can see that the rating agency was right in its pessimistic evaluation of the Khuilo system of government. The so-called Вертикаль Власти creates an illusion of stability, while in reality it is ridden with arbitrary stupid decisions (продовольтсвенные анти-санкции, energy discounts to China and Turkey, recurring threats to cut off gas supplies to Europe, etc.) and rogue political players "силовики" (война на Украине, преследование Навального, убийство Немцова).

Russia is in deep trouble, both economically and politically. The country follows the path of large Latin American countries that for most of the 20th century struggled to find a sustainable development model. Based on the structure of the Khuilo system of government, we can be sure that the struggles will continue. If it were not for the nuclear weapons and imperial ambitions, Russia would be lost for history. Unfortunately, an armed and aggressive Khuilo is going to be a major problem for Europe and the US. Even in Asia, where Russia was once considered as a potential reliable energy supplier and a growing consumer market, people are bewildered by the sheer recklessness with which Khuilo lies and keeps abandoning Russia's international obligations.
