Оскорбление чувств верующих

Consider a society that has a legal institution that protects citizens' rights with a measure of efficiency R.
Consider a society that has a religious institution that functions both as a moral (Rm) and legal force (Rl).
Consider a society that has abusive agents that can abuse religious morals and citizens' rights.

Consider two societies X and Y that differ in strength of their legal institutions and the number of rights-abusing agents.

Hypothesis: the weaker the legal institution and the greater the number of the rights-abusing agents, the higher the probability that citizens will act against morals-abusing agents, by defending their religious institution.

... something doesn't jive here yet

... the citizens don't distinguish b/w morals- and rights-abusing agents
... the gov can be a rights-abusing agent but position itself as a morals-protecting agent
