According to SEAsian press, Putin's visit to Beijing is a non-event. Its only implications are 1) awkwardness in a possible meeting between Obama and Putin; 2) Australian's prime minister's (Tony Abbot) promise to confront Putin on Russia's role in the MH17 tragedy.
