A thought experiment about the military justice system

Imagine, a policeman [allegedly] commits a crime on the job. If the case goes to a jury trial, how many cops will be on the jury? Most likely, none, because either criminal prosecutors or civil lawyers will disqualify cops during the jury selection process.

Now imagine, a member of the military [allegedly] commits a crime on the job. If the case goes to a military jury trial, how many military members will be on the jury? All of them.

Enough said.

Yep. They say it's okay to kill foreign civilians. It's not okay to show pictures to friends.
